Dr Lisa Hall

Dr Lisa Hall is a post doctoral research fellow with the CRE-RHAI, and also teaches in the School of Public Health and Social Work at QUT.  Lisa is an epidemiologist with a PhD from the University of Queensland, and significant policy experience at a statewide and national level.  Prior to joining QUT she worked at the Centre for Healthcare Related Infection Surveillance and Prevention, Queensland Health.  Lisa’s research focuses on the interface between evidence, policy and implementation to improve the surveillance and prevention of infections.

Recently, Lisa led the development of a successful NHMRC Partnerships Project grant for a large scale trial of cleaning in Australian hospitals. More information on this grant is here.
